It's been almost a month now and no response on it yet. UPS says the label was created and no other updates. I tried contacting the support team twice by email, No answer. I don't know what to do now.

Another flawless pad from 4D!
This mousepad is awesome, 4D did amazing with this pad. The design is very cool. Looking to possibly grab a mousepad? Grab this one! Grab any 4D Gaming mousepad for that matter. All of them are amazing.
