  You are fully responsible and legally liable for ensuring you have the rights, licenses, or permissions to use any images, artwork, logos, characters, or trademarks included in your design.

  You may not use your custom design for commercial purposes, resale, or any business activity unless you fully own the copyright or trademark, or have explicit written permission granting commercial-use rights.

  4D assumes no responsibility or liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual-property violations arising from your submitted design or any resulting commercial misuse.

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4D, its owners, and partners from any claims, damages, legal actions, or disputes arising from your uploaded content or unauthorized use.
  

Content Guidelines

To keep the platform safe and welcoming for everyone, please follow these rules:

Allowed

• Your original artwork

• Licensed artwork or assets you have permission to use

• AI-generated artwork you created yourself

Not Allowed

• Copyrighted or trademarked images you do not own

• Pornographic, explicit, or sexual content

• Hate symbols, racist or discriminatory content

• Harassment or bullying imagery

• Graphic violence

• Content that violates platform or payment-processor policies

Design Review

All submitted designs are subject to review and approval.

Orders containing disallowed or questionable content may be cancelled or require revision.

4D reserves the right to reject any design that violates these guidelines or raises legal, ethical, or brand-safety concerns.
