MYSTERY PAD

I recently ordered from 4D Gaming fully expecting to get exactly what I picked out… and instead, I ended up in what I can only describe as the best plot twist of my online shopping career.

I decided to gamble on their “mystery mouse pad” (because apparently I enjoy chaos). What showed up? A bold red-and-black masterpiece featuring a hot girl holding a rifle like she’s defending my K/D ratio personally. It looks like the cover art of a game I’d absolutely play at 2 a.m. when I swear I’m “just doing one more match.”

And here’s the kicker, I actually like it more than the mouse pad I originally purchased. The one I carefully selected. The one I researched. The one I thought was the one. Turns out, 4D Gaming knows my vibe better than I do.

The print quality is crisp, the colors pop hard, and the surface is smooth enough to make my mouse glide like it just unlocked a movement buff. No frayed edges, no weird chemical smell, just straight-up desk drip. It instantly upgraded my setup from “functional” to “main character energy.”

So yeah, I came for a mouse pad… and left with a surprise upgrade and a reminder that sometimes mystery boxes are just built different.

10/10 would let 4D Gaming surprise me again. Just maybe don’t tell my original mouse pad it’s been replaced.

This is my first bad review for a company but it is needed. I placed this order the first week of December with a delivery date of December 15th. Unfortunately product did not come so I reached out to them via email (could not find a phone # or legit other form of contact for this company) asking for a update. They responded December 17th letting me know my order will be processed and shipped by Christmas.
Didn't come, emailed again asking for a update. December 29th they provided me an invalid tracking #. Said USPS or UPS has my package and said it was out of their control when it would be delivered. I contacted both USPS and UPS and they stated 4D Gaming has not released the package to them yet....
I emailed 4D Gaming again asking for an update and stressed my frustration with them. This was a Christmas gift for an out of town family member and it's going to cost me more money to deliver it now since its over 3 weeks late and asked if they would waive the shipping cost due to lack of consistency and the inconvenience on their part. Unfortunately they did not acknowledge my concerns and responded via email saying product is delayed and I should have it within the next 2 weeks. Didn't come within two weeks... it came 18 days later. If you are fine with receiving product 49 days instead of the 13 they say then you should be fine. If you need this product within the delivery date they provide... I would stay away.
